LISTED HOUSES, CONSERVATION OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS

A grade II*-listed, timber-framed hall house, built in the late fifteenth century. The house was divided into two cottages in the 1960s, and the current owner wished to convert the two cottages back into a single house. The project also involved some remodelling, creating a new bathroom, replacing windows, new decorative plaster pargetting and redecoration.

I was appointed to prepare building contracts, administer the contract and inspect works on site.
