I love old buildings, and enjoy the challenges of caring for them and adapting them thoughtfully for a comfortable and sustainable way of life.

I am also excited by sensitive contemporary architecture, and aim to design new buildings that sit well in their context and have some of the quality, beauty and warmth of the best historic buildings.

A building project of any size represents a major financial and emotional investment for clients. I take a careful, conscientious approach to projects, placing my clients' wishes and needs at the centre of my service.
